Phygenetic Analysis
--------------------------------------------------------

A Phylogenetic Tree or Evolutionary Tree is a tree showing the evolutionary relationships among various biological species or other entities that are believed to have a common ancestor.
Computational Phylogenetic is the application of computational algorithms, methods and programs to phylogenetic analyses. The goal is to assemble a phylogenetic tree representing a hypothesis about the evolutionary ancestry of a set of genes, species, or other taxa.
The following steps would be followed by the candidate in Phylogenetic Analysis:

  • Multiple Sequence alignment.
  • Calculate the distance on the basis of NJ Method Distance Based Method.
  • Draw Cladogram \ Phylogram.
  • Frequently Establish a Phylogenetic Relation Ship.
